Send a privacy request to our support team at [email protected]. Include your account username and the specific information you want to access, correct or delete. We respond within three business days.

Live chat in your account

How we keep your account safe

Encrypted login and transactions

Every time you log in from your phone or desktop, your username and password travel through SSL encryption. When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, the transaction amount and your payment method are encrypted before they leave your device.

Cookie and tracking policy

We use cookies to remember your login session so you don't have to sign in every time you refresh the lobby. We also place a cookie that logs which games you browse, so we can show your recent favourites when you return. You can disable all cookies except login cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. If you close your account, we delete personal information after 180 days, except transaction records which we archive for seven years for financial compliance.

Account access and verification

We verify your identity before processing any withdrawal or email change. You'll receive an SMS or email code to confirm major account changes. Two-factor authentication is optional and available in your security settings.

Third-party integrations

Our payment partners (DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS providers) also have their own privacy policies. We share only your transaction amount, date and account ID with them — never your password or full card details.

Data access requests

You can request a full copy of your personal data we hold at any time. Email [email protected] with your username and we'll send a downloadable file containing your profile, deposit history and login records.

Privacy policy questions answered

Yes. Log into your account and go to Settings → Privacy & Data. There you'll see your name, email, phone, address and all linked payment methods. You can also email [email protected] to request a complete download of every transaction, login and device record we hold.

We store the date, amount and last four digits of your payment method so you can track your deposits in your account history. We do not store your full card number, PIN or password. Payment processors like DANA and OVO keep the rest of that sensitive data on their own secure servers.

Only you can see your login history after you open your account. Go to Settings → Security to see when and from which device your account was last accessed. If you spot an unfamiliar login, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
